Arms open for the world
This building is a tease to me. I what this to be a statue, not the painting of a statue. In 3D this would be amazing. It would large and impressive. Now it is just admitting that it is too expensive to build a statue like this.
Seeing this makes me a little sad. It proves that we are expecting less from the world. I am sad anytime that is true.
